ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Good Communication skills – in-person and on phone.  Be able to escalate issues to the appropriate person.

Experience in helpdesk support preferred. (Call center experience accepted)

Experience with problem tracking system, troubleshooting MS Office products

Experience with remote support software. (GoToAssist preferred)

After training on SOS systems. the ability to perform basic system administration such as changing passwords.

The ability to install software such as a pre-established image.

Able to do some light lifting. (25 pounds)

Background in PC and hardware support preferred.

Be able to work with non technical users

OS: Windows

DB SYSTEMS/ TOOLS:  TrackIT - ticket system.  GoToAssist - remote support SW.

LOCALS ARE PREFERRED!!!!
